What does the job entail?
The PM will own an implementation from end-to-end from the point of kick-off till go-live. Throughout the process, the PM will communicate with the client, ensure that they are aware of their obligations and responsibilities, and act as the liaison between the client and Sensibill’s internal teams.
A day in the life.
Be the single point of contact, engaging our clients from kick-off through to go-live, all while building rock-solid relationships and consistently developing creative solutions that solve client needs.
Ensure total transparency and reporting on the project. Internal resources as well as the client should always be aware of how the project is faring.
Provide customization, support, and explanation for clients to help them understand what they really need and what they will be building on their end.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project implementation process and our products.
Always the liaison, the PM will transfer information clearly and succinctly between our clients, our Client Success team, our developers, and our management. Conflict resolution and the ability to instil and maintain confidence will be key.
Smooth the road ahead. Anticipating potential problems, identifying and articulating dependencies and risks, and mitigating issues before they arise.
5-7+ years of experience in project management, software delivery, or client services, ideally in the financial services or telecommunications industries.
Demonstrable knowledge of the financial services or payments industry, particularly retail and commercial banking and digital channels, or a demonstrable ability to get up-to-speed quickly.
A post secondary degree in business, commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Project management certifications are not required but can be an asset.

What does the interview process involve?
The first step is a conversation with Omar. He'll focus on the human side of things and answer any questions you may have. From there, we’ll provide an opportunity for those that exhibit a high potential to be successful in our environment to demonstrate their technical capabilities and then talk shop with some members of the Client Success team.
